On 7 September, as the 23rd Teacher Festival is coming, [Wencui Road Primary School] (文翠路小學) in Shenyang is overflowing with joy with the banner “Shenyang Maoye Wishes [Wencui Road Primary School]’s Teachers a Happy Teacher Day” on its red arched doors. In that day’s Teacher Festival celebration ceremony, at the moment when [Zhao Xiaozhou, general manager of Maoye’s Shenyang Property Business Department] (茂業瀋陽地產事業部趙曉舟總經理) unfolded the delicately mounted Chinese calligraphic banner “桃李天下漫花雨，春暉四方潤無聲 (Teachers enrich all our lives)” and presented it to the teachers’ representative, there was a burst of applause.
